This is my third stay in this hotel, and I absolutely love coming back here. It feels like visiting friends:) P.S. Staff of Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci is very friendly, but I want to specially mention Hidir, who is a fantastic person, very kind and helpful.

Nothing. Location is mega convenient, facilities are clean and staff is super friendly.

Integrated care and staff cooperation—especially employee Hidir—were excellent. His manner was very polite and highly cooperative.

The room , when I choose superior room , the window it was opening to inside the building with little sunlight and without any air going inside the room , when the degree out side 12 or less , I was opened air conditioner because no air coming from that window , when I told them to change the room they told me no available room then told me if I want to change I must pay 90 € more each day

The location was great and surrounded by restaurants. The major tourist landmarks were walkable (though you might want to take a cab if you’re opposed to uphill walks)

My family and I were here during the summer and it was easily 90 degrees every day so we would often split our days up with small naps or relaxing time midday. On multiple occasions, housekeeping would take my second room key from the room, effectively turning off the air conditioner. Some days it took almost an hour for the room to cool down. My tv was also broken but this was a smaller issue for me.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.The location is perfect — close to , restaurants, and transportation.Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

They didn’t let my friend visit me in my room. Told them they can check id and let them come for 20 to 30 mins. First time this happy to me

Clean and close to street shopping. Easy to access anywhere. Service was great and willing to help. Free drink unlimited. WiFi was fast. Bathroom had everything we needed.

Great location as it’s walking distance from the Spice Market, metro, and major attractions

The elevators were very slow and old. Our room smelled weird every time we entered it, even after it was cleaned. It smelled like maybe rats? We stayed on the fifth topmost floor, and would wake up in the middle of the night because of what sounded like something running around and scuffling on the roof. I took a recording and showed the staff, they just looked confused. The rooms are not sound proof at all—I could hear the guest in the next room cough. Lastly, I got a splinter from one of the mosques we visited. We walked back to the hotel hoping there was a hotel clinic, nurse, or even first aid kit. They only had the first aid kit which didn’t even have tweezers, just cotton, bandages and what looked like wound disinfectant. I think all hotels should have provisions for accidents or small incidents like these.

Awesome location, nice rooms in general, except for the state of bathrooms

Bathrooms are overdue for repairs and are old. Breakfast is terrible for the price: selection is narrow, coffee is one of the worst I had in years - it’s a diluted instant coffee from a derelict aincient machine. For a four star hotel it’s a show stopper.
